You will act as a team p_layer_ and provide the highest level of client support in the industry. You will be involved with day to day support of your clients and also get involved with projects! This is an excellent opportunity to learn the ins-and-outs of the Information Technology industry. You will have a defined career path with Lloyd Group!   Position Requirements Requirements: ? Bachelors Degree ? A well developed commitment to customer service and providing the finest in first level end user support. ? Strong leadership skills and the ability to be a team p_layer_ ? Ability maintain, and effectively troubleshoot and resolve Tier I and II issues ? 1- 2 years experience (or prior internships) supporting and troubleshooting PCs, operating system software, and LAN connectivity. ? Strong knowledge of Windows platforms, software, network/server administration. ? Experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting Blackberry and Treo handheld devices. ? Experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting Bloomberg terminals. ? Excellent analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skills. ?
